We are loooking for an
Investment Committee Associate (f/m/d)
YOUR MISSION:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented person to lead and coordinate the investment committee process for our renewable energy projects, including wind, solar PV, BESS. This role sits at the core of our investment governance, ensuring that decisions are well-prepared, well-informed, and fully aligned across all relevant stakeholders.
Acting as the central point of coordination on the VSB side, this function will steer the preparation and review of investment materials, brief senior management ahead of committees, and facilitate discussions with our partners at TotalEnergies.
Key responsibilities:
- Process Responsibility: Manage and steer the full internal investment process from preparation to committee presentation, ensuring clarity, rigour, and alignment throughout.
- Investment Committee Preparation: Oversee the production of high-quality investment committee papers and presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic focus.
- Management Briefing: Prepare and brief VSB Management ahead of investment committees, summarising key insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management, engineering teams, finance and legal to consolidate and validate project information.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and decisions are well-grounded.
- Process Improvement: Uphold high standards, promote best practices, and continuously improve internal investment processes.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with excellent results
- professional experience in project management, consulting, finance, or another analytical environment.
- Strong financial understanding and the confidence to challenge and refine business cases.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German or French language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach and taking ownership.
- Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail as well as exceptional analytical skills with strong understanding of figures and processes.
- Genuine interest in learning and proactively seeking ways to improve everything.
