Digital Growth Officer (gn)

growth. Candidates for this position should be proactive problem solvers with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the area of digital growth and customer lifecycle management.

This position is fulltime and is based in our Frankfurt am Main office.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives through the appropriate application of digital solutions

• Manage the continuous development and integration of sales-supporting digital applications for downstream stakeholders

• Continuous development / integration of CRM and content management systems

• Continuous monitoring of customer lifecycle for improvement. Preparation and execution of improvement measures 

Skills and Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of customer lifecycle best practices and relevant corresponding digital solutions
