We are looking for a Head of People & Culture DACH to lead the entire P&C business in DACH. You bring several years of (leadership) experience in HR and along the Employee Lifecycle. In addition, you will be available to our management team as a sparring partner and lead the People & Culture Team DACH. You will also work closely with our regional and global People & Transformation team. You have the necessary know-how, coupled with a value-driven and growth-mentality, and drive to achieve great things with us and our great team in the long term.
You lead the People & Culture Department for DACH - strategically, operationally, and tactically.
You manage and lead a team of four: two People & Culture Managers, one Talent Acquisition Manager, and one Office & Team Manager.
You are mentor, sparring partner, and internal consultant for your direct team, the entire DACH organization and beyond.
You support our leaders in all People/HR issues and in their development.
You co-drive learning & development and internal mobility, run workshops, create
development and career opportunities based on "business needs" and "people
You further increase the "maturity" of the employee lifecycle together with your team
and with the help of progressive and innovative approaches.
You own legal, compliance, compensation & benefits.
You co-drive a sustainable FTE & personnel cost planning approach together with the
general management and finance.
You collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders in different projects and (global) workstreams and own the planning and execution of global and regional programs in the local markets.
You roll-out tools, frameworks, and programs that sustainably shape our work culture and ways of working and make Oatly (DACH) a special workplace. Current tools include nilo.health, Workday, and Culture Amp; current frameworks include co-growth conversations, must wins & milestones, team clarity & integration; current programs include ongoing developmental feedback, co-growth conversations (incl. the mid-year and end-of-year reviews), and our (Mental) Health & Wellbeing program in DACH.
You are an advocate in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB).
You co-facilitate culture and fostering cross-team collaboration in DACH.
You have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar position in an international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment.
You are a generalist and bring in-depth experience along the entire employee lifecycle.
You have an "entrepreneurial spirit" and profound experience in leading teams.
You are experienced in stakeholder management and in working with local, regional,
and global teams.
You prefer to work in non-traditional work environments and like to think "People &
Culture" outside the box.
You jump from strategic tasks to operational challenges and back with ease.
You work independently, enjoy sharing your knowledge and never lose track of the big
You think and act systemically, result-, service- and solution-oriented.
You are a real team player - oats don't like to stand alone.
You communicate fluently in German and English and ideally live in Berlin.
