Experienced Environmental Scientist – Crop Protection (m, f, d)

Role and Responsibilities

As a part of a project team, you will:

• Evaluate E-Fate study reports and prepare data gap analyses for the authorization of Plant Protection Products (PPP)
• Prepare study summaries, product registration dossiers or active substance submissions, cooperating with scientists of other sections
• Experience in EU and member state exposure modelling would be a welcome asset
• Coordinate relevant GLP studies
• Manage client projects in close communication and cooperation with our regulatory team, our clients and relevant authorities

Profile and Qualifications:

• University degree (M.Sc., Ph.D.) in agricultural science, environmental or life science, chemistry, biology or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience of several years
• Scientific background with skills in Agriculture and Chemistry
• Knowledge of relevant EU guidelines and guidance documents on PPP
• Strongly motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify difficult tasks; present complex data in a comprehensive way
• Self-sustained way of working and motivation to explore new fields with a high degree of flexibility
• Capability to work in a team and willingness to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); German language skills would be an asset, but not mandatory
