With a view to product-related digitalisation, the most important tasks of Smart Home include the early identification of trends and technologies, strategy development and testing of new business models and products, as well as the development and implementation of AI, cooperation with research institutions, start-ups and platforms, and digital services.

Aufgaben

Tasks

• Development and implementation of new digital business models in the international project business
• Management and performance of innovation projects in cross-functional teams using agile methods
• Development and implementation of new business areas and the conception of these new businesses with e.g. Business Model Canvas and business plans
• Observation and evaluation of the market and customer requirements and recognition of trends
• Interface and cooperation with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners

Anforderungen

Requirements

• Successfully completed (master's) degree in economics and professional experience in product management, business development and/or innovation management
• Good knowledge of agile project management, entrepreneurial and solution-orientated thinking and acting as well as analytic working
• Basic understanding of current technologies and solutions in the IoT environment
• Strong persuasiveness and very good communication skills in English
• Proven experience abroad and ideally first experience in international project business
