CDP’s Supply Chain team works partners with businesses to build leverage in leading suppliers to disclose their environmental impacts. Our Account Managers work directly with large global corporates to compile lists of target suppliers and then work with the relevant corporate and their suppliers through the entire disclosure process. With ambitious plans for growth, we now seek an additional Account Manager to join the team.

Aufgaben

The role includes

The Account Manager, Supply Chain will have impact through:

• Engaging with member companies and their suppliers to implement CDP disclosure in the supply chains of large corporations in Europe;
• Advising members on integrating environmental KPIs into purchasing decision-making to shift their supply chains towards lower carbon, water secure and deforestation free ways of operating;
• Providing data analysis and strategic insights for members on how to drive sustainable practices among their key suppliers;
• Presenting at conferences and other events to raise awareness and develop new leads for future members of the program.

Anforderungen

The successful candidate should have

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, or similar client-facing role
• Ability to build trusted relationships with members 
• Exceptional problem solving skills 
• Professional fluency in English. Any other European languages, such as German, would be a plus.
• Comfortable working with tools such as CRMs, Excel and data tools such as PowerBI

The successful candidate will work five days per week and must be able to work legally in Germany. This full-time role is based at our office in Berlin, Germany.
