About the role: As the global leader in environmental disclosure and with the increasing requirement for companies and authorities to monitor and report on their emissions, water and forestry impact, CDP has undergone significant growth and evolution in the last year.  As the size and scale of CDP has grown, so too have our processes and the necessity to modernise and digitise how we operate to set us up for long-term scalability. 

Aufgaben

  • Engaging key stakeholders in all of CDP Europe to map and document our existing processes, identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that will simplify and remove bottlenecks 
  • Introduce automation and improved effectiveness through reviewing and optimising our digital tools and systems usage  
  • Develop dashboards that track KPIs and measure impacts, providing useful insights to Management and wider teams
  • Act as representative for CDP Europe stakeholders, working with software vendors to discuss business needs, source solutions and implement 

Anforderungen

  • Experience in a business or process analysis position 
  • Experience scoping, managing and delivering projects within complex international environments, companies undergoing transformation, or significant growth and change 
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and technical specifications 
  • Professional fluency in English 
  • Well-developed writing skills, can translate technical term into easy-to-understand information 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building, negotiation and professionalism 
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel – building dashboards, pivot tables and working with formulas 
  • Beneficial – Experience working with PowerBI

The successful candidate will work five days per week and must be able to work legally in Germany. This full-time role is based 2 days per week at our office in Berlin, Germany.
