YOUR TASKS

• Create new footprints and symbols for electronics parts according to supplier datasheets and client spec.
• Create new or update existing electronic parts inside the cloud based Altium Component Vault, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Work with Jira task assignments to manage and prioritize parts creation tasks.
• Discuss directly with clients regarding the tasks at hand via Outlook or Teams.
• Crosscheck datasheets, guidelines and client specifications to guarantee all data you manage is correct.
• Assist in maintaining the Altium Vault database by offering insights and suggestions.

YOUR PROFILE

• You study mechatronics, electric or electronics engineering. While not mandatory, a background in the aforementioned profiles or adjacent profile is desired.
• You exhibit an exceptional level of precision and systematic approach. We are seeking an individual with an extremely keen attention to detail. You leave no room for oversights or errors to pass. You consistently validate the provided data and diligently adhere to established procedures.
• Some experience in Layout CAD Design, specifically on the component creation side.
• Hands-on familiarity with Altium Designer is a must. While proficiency in other layout tools will be considered, we prioritize candidates who are well-acquainted with the Altium Vault toolset and structure.
• You have a collaborative spirit and are capable of effective communication.
• Passionate for electronics. A genuine interest in electronics and a desire to work on projects related to electronics design.
• B2 or equivalent English
• B2 or equivalent in German represents a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
