System Manager (gn) – Claims and Licensing

System Manager (gn) – Claims and Licensing

Your main tasks:

• Further development, improvement and marketing of the ISCC licensing scheme in close cooperation with the Marketing Manager
• Support ISCC system users and licensees with the application of ISCC logos and claims
• Review and process all license applications
• Develop documentation systems to improve licensing processes
• Promote communication materials for all licensing activities
• Contribute to the development of the ISCC PLUS scheme
• Assist in the ISCC customer helpdesk

What we are looking for:

• Preferably a master’s degree in marketing or communications management, sustainability management, business, economics, or similar
• First working experience in a related field, ideally at a certification scheme
• Excellent language skills in English and German (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be of advantage
• Service-oriented thinking and excellent communication and networking capability, especially in international environments
• Knowledge of sustainability certification systems, standard setting processes, certification and licensing is preferable
• Affinity for sustainability topics
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany and abroad
• High commitment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, reliability, strong customer and team orientation, flexibility and good self-organization

All employees have the option to work from home two days a week (working from home full time is temporarily possible due to COVID-19).
