We’re looking for a Junior Sales Hunter to grow sales and profitability in our regional customers, in a truly ‘People Against Dirty’ way. As we see the world differently, we also do things differently, so expert entrepreneurial skills with a challenger mindset is the winning combination we are looking for.
This role would suit someone who has already had a first sales experience, perhaps through an internship or traineeship, and is now looking to test their skills & learn even more, in a Junior KAM position. You’ll need a learning attitude and the drive and motivation to get to know your customers, and the KAM basics, quickly.
As a Jr. Key Account Manager at PAD, you’ll relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your regional customers. You will bang the drum and rally the troops behind your customer and your strategy. You’ll inspire your customer to become a ‘PADvocate’ and will bring our unique story to life for them.
You’ll be just as passionate about our products as we are and you’ll get your customers excited about changing the world for the better with our non-toxic, green cleaning products.
As well as resilient and confident, you’ll be a natural communicator with strong influencing skills. You’ll have a commercial mindset and will be comfortable with financials and the P&L.
We are looking for someone who already has a little Sales experience, ideally in an FMCG environment or similar. You’ll be enthusiastic to learn your craft, and will be committed to growing and developing into an expert Sales Hunter.
