You’d be joining People Against Dirty to move the hearts and souls and minds of others all over the world that see the world differently. We think about cleaning as an act of creative expression, a gesture of rebellion, and, yes, an escape from the normal. We take cleaning seriously – but not ourselves.
We are very passionate about our products, how they work and how they are made (and what happens when the bottles are empty). We’re looking for a Sales Hunter to explode sales and profitability in our key customers, in a truly ‘People Against Dirty’ way. As we see the world differently, we also do things differently, so expert entrepreneurial skills with a challenger mindset is the winning combination we are looking for.
As a Key Account Manager at PAD, you’ll relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your customers. You’ll define the customer strategy and convert this into a plan that helps you (and your customer) win. You will bang the drum and rally the troops behind your customer and your strategy. You’ll inspire your customer to become a ‘PADvocate’ and will bring our unique story to life for them.
As well as over-delivering on all the KAM basics, you will partner with internal PAD teams (category, brand experience, finance) to ensure you can activate our plans brilliantly within your account. You’ll be a team player and a strong communicator, and you’ll share your experience and collaborate with your colleagues. We are looking for a creative trailblazer who can quickly identify and unlock new opportunities and new ways of doing things. You’ll be just as passionate about our products as we are and you’ll get your customers excited about changing the world for the better with our non-toxic, green cleaning products.
As well as resilient and confident, you’ll be a natural communicator with strong influencing skills. You’ll have a commercial mindset and will be comfortable with financials and the P&L.
We are looking for someone who already has strong FMCG experience, and who has delivered as a KAM already with big customers. You’ll be ready to take on our biggest customer and will have the passion and motivation to continue growing and developing.
