We are looking for a Berlin or Warsaw-based Learning and Development professional to join our growing global HR Team.
We are a legal and environmental charity that uses the power of the law to fight against climate change and to protect nature and the environment. In this role you will be leading on our learning, development, and succession planning solutions, as well as working on a range of wellbeing initiatives to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people, building on the initiatives we have put in place over the last year during the covid pandemic.
In this role, you will be managed by our Director of Human Resources, Paul Richards. Paul joined ClientEarth in 2015 and is based in London. Paul is responsible for the strategic leadership of our human resources function, currently consisting of nine members of staff.
Prior to joining ClientEarth, he worked in a range of sectors, holding senior HR roles in international development, health & social care, and as a freelance HR Consultant working with small to medium-sized enterprises with an ethical remit.
