Plant Care Expert / Horticulturist Full-Time | Berlin | on-site | f/m/d

💚 About the Role

You will be responsible for plant care at the offices of Plantclub members in Berlin

• Care for plants, including watering, pruning, pest treatment, and repotting
• Build & own the relationship with Plantclub members
• Manage plant treatments & replacements
• Share expert plant knowledge with team members, so we can learn and grow together

👩🏽‍💻 Your Profile

• Previous experience in working with greenery and indoor plants and have the ‘green thumb’ required to make them flourish
• Knowledgeable and possess a comprehensive understanding of different plants and the conditions and care they require
• You can lift 25 kg independently and climb a ladder to care for plants
• Comfortable meeting clients and listening to their wishes for their space
• Hands-on, take strong initiative, and are ready to join an early-stage startup
• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in English (C1). You are fluent in German (C1) and are confident communicating with clients and partners
• A big plus if you have an EU driver’s license and feel comfortable driving a Miles car or van around Berlin
• Must have a valid German certificate of competence (Proof of Expertise) for the use of plant protection products.
