DYCLE is looking for an intern to help us prepare for our next step towards market launch! 

DYCLE fundamentally changes how baby diapers are produced, used and recycled. We are pioneering a new upcycling system that transforms old waste (diapers) into new growth (trees) through the creation of fertile soil. In doing this, we take care of the basic needs of both people and environment and pioneer a new experience for children and parents.

We are searching for interns who are interested in entrepreneurship and systems thinking. The internship will be for 3 months, beginning in May or June 2026.

You will be a part of a small team. In coming months we will continue to work on impact communication and complete the visualisation of our regenerative diapering ecosystem. You will be directly interacting with partners and stakeholders, creating articles and a stakeholder system mapping in the end.

Position A: Ecosystem Design Intern

• Support the design and execution of the 10th anniversary conference
• Map and visualize our stakeholder ecosystem using systemic design tools
• Facilitate the process of clarifying each stakeholder’s value proposition
• Assist in organizing the final 3D systems mapping workshop
• Contribute to synthesizing insights into a systemic design map

Position B: Stakeholder Storytelling & Impact Communication Intern

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders (parents, producers, engineers, composting partners, community groups, etc.)
• Identify and articulate their value and collaboration journey with DYCLE
• Create poster presentations for the conference
• Support the development of a press release based on insights from the final session
• Help shape the narrative of a 10-year regenerative ecosystem model

• Practical skills in ecosystem mapping, qualitative interviewing, and impact storytelling
• Direct collaboration with entrepreneurs, engineers, producers, and community leaders
• The opportunity to contribute to a conference and published communication materials

We are looking for students who:

• Are curious about regenerative business, circular economy, or systems change
• Enjoy connecting ideas, people, and structures
• Are comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Have strong listening and writing skills (German and/or English)
• Can take initiative and work independently
• Are looking for mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
