Wir besetzen ab sofort eine Praktikumsstelle im Bereich Kundenbetreuung / Vertrieb. Wir bieten Ihnen ein abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsfeld, ein junges engagiertes Team und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben mit Eigenverantwortung in einem dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen. Wir suchen Praktikant:innen im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums, eine Immatrikulation ist notwendig. Die Praktikumsdauer beträgt 5 bis 6 Monate.

Das Praktikum wird mit 750€ / Monat vergütet.

Praktikum im Bereich Kundenbetreuung / Vertrieb (d/m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung der Anfragen von Privat- und Unternehmenskunden
• Erstellen von CO₂- Reports für Unternehmen (Dienstreisen und Events)
• Aktive Unterstützung bei Kundenpflege und Business Development
• Erstellung von Informations- und Präsentationsmaterialien
• Betreuung von Messen und Veranstaltungen (z.B. ITB Berlin)
• Durchführung von administrativen Aufgaben, Office Management

Ihr Profil:

• Studium oder Abschluss in BWL, Ingenieurwesen, Politik-, Sozial-, Natur- oder Geowissenschaften
• Erfahrung und Interesse im Bereich Klimaschutz, Tourismus, CSR und Nachhaltigkeit
• Sehr gute Computer-Kenntnisse, vor allem MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) und WordPress
• Eigenständiges, sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

We are happy to accept applications for an internship starting immediately!

We are filling an internship position in the area of customer service / sales with immediate effect. Join us in a varied field of activity, a young and committed team and challenging tasks with personal responsibility in a dynamically growing company. We are looking for interns within the framework of a mandatory internship, matriculation is required. The duration of the internship is 5 to 6 months.

The internship is remunerated with 750€ / month.

Internship in the area of customer service / sales

What can you expect:

• Processing requests from private and corporate customers
• Creating CO₂- reports for companies (business trips and events)
• Active support in customer care and business development
• Creation of information and presentation materials
• Support for trade fairs and events (e.g. ITB Berlin)

What you provide:

• Studies or degree in business administration, engineering, political, social, natural or geosciences.
• Experience and interest in the field of climate protection, tourism, CSR and sustainability
• Very good computer skills, especially MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress
• Independent, careful and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• German language skills at native level and very good English skills
